Do you offer free samples?

  • We can’t offer free samples at this time.

  • However, we do have 2ml samples of all of our scents available for a fantastic price in our shop.

Are your fragrances made from 100% natural products?

  • Scent Journey believes in pushing the boundaries while crafting unique, enjoyable, and long lasting fragrances. Careful consideration was used while deciding which ingredients to use in our fragrances. Natural ingredients is our preference to use, when it makes sense. However, at times high quality synthetics are required to produce the expected longevity and enjoyable nature of our scents. We believe in being completely transparent with our customers.

Are our fragrances Vegan?

  • Yes, our fragrances are vegan. We do not use any animal products.

  • We will never test on animals.

Who is the nose behind your fragrances?

  • All of our fragrances were blended in house. Our perfumer is Tony Lane.

Does Scent Journey offer returns?

  • Due to our products nature, we will not accept returns or exchanges of opened/used fragrances. Defective products will be replaced but refunds/exchanges can’t be offered due to customers preference. Due to the personal and subjective nature of fragrances, we encourage customers to take advantage of our sample sizes prior to committing to full bottle sizes.

How can Scent Journey’s fragrances be enjoyed?

  • Scent Journey is an online fragrance house. We ship to many countries. Additionally, please check out our stockist link for the current list of retailers.

An order was placed but I haven’t received my fragrance.

  • We do our best to process and ship your order in a timely and respectable manner. Automated emails are sent to the email on file, once your order is processed. Customers should be provided with links for tracking information.

  • We cannot replace a shipments until the package is considered as lost of the courier.

  • Customers should contact the courier to perform a missing package investigation with the courier.

  • If a package is noted as delivered and you can’t find it, please give it a few days to turn up. If still missing, please reach out to Shop@thescentjourney.com.

Do you offer discounts?

What are your expected shipping times?

Our Shipping Policy

  • We typically process orders within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. US Orders are shipped via ground service, which typically takes an additional 5-8 business days for arrival. All orders fulfilled after noon will be dropped off at the courier on the following day.

  • We ship to the USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Sweden and Australia.
